Delphy BT is an independent research/validation project. This page explains what we collect when you join the waitlist and why. Plain language, no dark patterns.
Who is responsible
The Delphy BT project (the "we"). Contact: hello@delphy.ai.
What we collect
- Your email address — so we can contact you about this project.
- Optional answers you choose to give (prop firm, whether you failed before, data-sharing willingness, report interest, price signal).
- Attribution data — UTM parameters, referrer, and the page path, so we can tell which channel you came from.
- Technical data — your browser's user-agent and a one-way hash of your IP address. We never store your raw IP address.
Why we collect it
To validate demand for a pre-retry survival/risk check, to contact early users about a manual report, and to understand which channels reach relevant traders. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We do not share it with prop firms or advertisers.
- We do not run invasive tracking or session replay.
Analytics
We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool that counts page views without profiling individuals.
Retention & your rights
We keep your data only for as long as this validation project is active. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing the contact above, and we will comply promptly.
